Daria Tolstoy

Daria is a passionate business and communication strategist who specialises in improving company and people performance. She quickly understands a complex situation and has the talent, courage and drive to help engineer change to meet the needs of her clients. For more than fifteen years she has helped leaders and organisations tackle and overcome challenges. Daria encourages and motivates people. She guides to a clear vision and helps individuals deliver results through pragmatic hands-on solutions. Daria is highly results oriented and has an entrepreneurial, courageous and creative personality. Her extensive cross-cultural and broad functional experience, in combination with strong interpersonal skills, ensures professional and highly appropriate communication with her clients. 

Daria holds a Master of Science with a Major in Biology from the University of Lund, including a scholarship in Life Sciences at Kings College in London. She has an Executive MBA from INSEAD in Paris and Singapore, and has experienced an Executive Programme at Wharton University, Philadelphia PA. Daria has taken organisational development courses and coaching classes at Fielding University in Santa Barbara CA and Coach U in London. She has lived and worked in Sweden, France, England, Mexico and the United States. Daria is fluent in Swedish, English and French, and has a good working knowledge of German and Spanish
