Daria Tolstoy

Daria is an executive coach and team developer. For more than fifteen years she has led and empowered individuals and teams in international organisations (bio-tech, life sciences, food) to tackle and overcome challenges. She quickly understands complex situations and has the expertise and drive to help induce and establish sustainable change. Daria has an entrepreneurial, courageous and creative personality. Daria holds a Master of Science with a Major in Biology from the University of Lund in Sweden, including a scholarship in Life Sciences at Kings College in London. She has an Executive MBA from INSEAD in Paris and Singapore. Daria has studied organisational development and psychology at Fielding University in California. She did her coach training with Coach University in London. Daria has lived and worked in Sweden, France, England, Mexico, the United States and Switzerland. She is fluent in Swedish, English and French, and has a good working knowledge of German and Spanish.

Rita Farah    

Rita has a strong academic background in speech, language and communication therapy as well as in holistic coaching. Over the past twenty years she has gained experiences in diverse professional and clinical settings with children and adults. She excels in providing transformational yet practical methods and approaches for effective public speaking, optimal voice use, appropriate fluency and articulation, and personal and professional development. Rita's cultural diversity and adaptability combined with her genuine authenticity allow her to intuitively gain insights and develop relevant perspectives.

Rita has a Masters' degree in Speech Pathology from Columbia University, New York. She also has a degree in Holistic Coaching from the School of Saphire in Lausanne. She is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
